The Lyric Speaker displays lyrics of a song by synching with the music as it plays. Play your favorite tune on your mobile device, and watch the lyrics appear on the screen in beautiful motion graphics. Many of us remember the days when vinyl records and CDs came with printed lyric cards, and how reading them to the music would deepen the appreciation to the sound. The creative agency SIX developed this product as a means to update the music experience to the 21st. century. The product is designed to present a new, yet potentially iconic form for a speaker, and is not a projection device. The translucent screen displays words as if they are floating in space; the speakers placed in front of them brings the lyrics and the melodies together.
