Naoki is the director of monom. Through his broad experiences across a wide range of creative work including ads, space design, digital, etc. at Hakuhodo, he took part in many product design projects. In 2015 he founded monom, a creative team specializing in product development. Naoki plans and develops products, provides creative direction and works on product design by working with his diverse team members and external development partners.
